The plain facts
Each line below is what the product does today and is stated in the documents above (Terms §9–10, Privacy §2–7).
- Company grades, the tracker and its check-ins, job search and résumé match are free, with no card.
- Interview Prep is $9.99 for one interview; the Job Search Pass is $19.99 for 30 days of everything, including Interview Prep for every interview. Both are one-time and never renew. Interview Prep also opens 14 days of Pro, and the Job Search Pass is 30 days of Pro; when the time ends, access simply ends and nothing is charged again.
- Seen no longer starts subscriptions or free trials. A Seen Pro subscription started before October 25, 2026 keeps its price and renewal date until you cancel it in Settings → Plan & billing; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- Your résumés are stored on your account until you replace or delete them or delete your account, and are used for your own tools (job matching, fit scores, rewrites). They are never sold, and an employer sees one only if you send it with an application through Seen.
- We do not sell personal data. Company scores and reports are aggregated applicant claims and public discussion, not verified facts, and nothing on Seen is legal, employment or financial advice.
